I have used this company several times. A leak, a blocked drain and my boiler failed. Each time they were fast to attend and professional. They appear to have a crew of professionals because each problem was resolved on the first visit. Even the boiler. I didn't have to wait days for spare parts to arrive.

I have had this company on two occasions so far. I called Ben about doing my velux in the kitchen and while he was at my home measuring up I asked him in passing does he know anyone who can fix the locking system on my pvc door and he says yes. I can have a guy here in 20 minutes and he did. Now previously we had had a door company guy tell us the door needs replacing as locking system is unrepairable and wanted 1800 to replace it. . So Tony comes 20 minutes later. Looks at the locking system and for a few Bob hey presto the locking system is replaced and door locking perfectly. After tony left I asked Ben on the phone do you have a plumber as my hot tap fitting had broken and low and behold Tony was back and fixed it. Like how fast was that. So far I’m very impressed with this company they do what they say they will do. No more cowboys. Oh and it was the velux window website I found them on as they recommend them. Thanks Ben and Tony.
